I titled this piece Earl Grey. It has a dark academia aesthetic and a bright aqua color that gives it a serene vibe. The corseted dress has an underwire bustier and skirt yoke that connects to the pleated skirt and draped skirt section and lace up and invisible zipper closure. Two things that make this piece interesting are the removable sleeves, which gives the dress versatility, and the pattern mixing. I mixed an aqua houndstooth and an aqua plaid that gives the piece a subtle contrast and makes you look twice.
